Polish goalkeeper officially join Gunners

Source:Arsenal.com

Polish international goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has signed for Arsenal from Legia Warsaw on a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee.

I think he will replace Lehmann in the future if he performs very good.

Anyhow here's his detail;

Name Lukasz Fabianski
Nationality Polish
Born 18th April 1985. Kostrzyn Nad Odra
Age 22
Height / Weight 190cm / 183lbs
Position Goalkeeper
Previous Clubs Lech Poznan (Poland): 2004 — June 2005

Legia Warsaw (Poland): June 2005 — May 2007

Also attached to Polish clubs Polonia Slubice, MSP Szamotuly, Lubuszanin Drezdenko, Sparta Brodnica and Mieszko Gniezno in the early part of his career, before joining Lech Poznan.

International honours Poland (2006 — Present): 4 appearances
International debut 29th March 2006 v Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Won 2-1.

He's quite tall, judging from his height.I hope it will help especially when catching ball in corner-kicks.

What you think about Gunners performance for this season

What do you think about Gunners performance for this season.

Do you think Arsenal is getting better than next season,or poorer than last season.

I personally think Arsenal are poorer than their last season when they had their Champions League run, although Arsenal did not win the UCL,but of course we had our run to the Final in Stade de France, beating UCL 9 times Champions Real Madrid,Juventus and Vilareal in semi-final.
Lehmann managed to get clean sheet for 524 minutes in UCL which is the longest in UCL history.

This season,is nothing interesting for the Gunners, everything seems average for Gunners, with the loss of 3 championship in 11 days is hard to swallow for Arsenal as well as Gooners. The injury of Henry and Persie added insult to injury to Arsenal squad.

What do you think about Arsenal Football Club now.PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Arsenal end with 4th place in Premiership 2006-2007 season

Arsenal end with 4th place this season, and this season is the most frustrating season ever when the other Big three still have a chance to win a silverware but Arsenal had nothing to do but to prepare for next season.

Baptista failed to convert our penalty chance into a goal, which if he really scored that penalty Arsenal will end with 3rd place in Premiership.Although it does not make any difference between 3rd and 4th place but of course 3rd is better than 4th which shows we are improving.

Manchester United,is the this season's Premiership winner.Fortunately Manchester United is only going to get the Cup tomorrow and not in Stamford Bridge or otherwise Chelsea fans will be pissed off.

Arsenal, will try to get 3rd place although it doesn't make a difference between 3rd and 4th place unlike last season when Arsenal had to thank West Ham for beating Spurs. But think again,if Arsenal ended with 5th place last season, will Arsenal be more committed to win the Champions League.Portsmouth will try to beat Gunners to get a place in UEFA Cup.

However the most interesting things in Premiership is the battle to survive in Premiership next season. Therefore, the most interesting match to watch this weekend is the game between Sheffield United and Wigan where the winner will stay in Premiership and if they draw with each other,Wigan will be relegated.

And I want to ask you all, what should I write in this blog after this match since next Arsenal's match will be on July which is two months later.
