There's no use complaining about everything in football.Yes,the refs might be not fair,and made some wrong decision that could change the fate of the game,but what's the use?

And sometimes when you complain too much about them they will take actions against the player or manager.Wenger himself had get himself fined for talking too much about the refs wrong decision.

And the most important is too keep your temper,although you could be judged wrong by refs,or your boss in general.A lot of time when the players lose their temper they start to perform badly in the game.Same goes in many things,like in your work.
